Paraiso del Bosque Reserve is located in one of the most exuberant tropical rainforests in the world. You can witness tropical wildlife and have an undisturbed feel of what Costa Rica’s rainforest is, while staying in a place without interference of many people.

Visitors can stay in a double capacity cabin.

Cabina de la Cusinga or Toucan’s Cabin, is made of wood, with a wooden hand-made double bed, situated next to Inga, Hyeronimus and Voychesia trees, close to another cabin. It has electricity, hot water shower, flushing toilet, Wi-Fi, workdesk, a fan and a small porch. The cabin is located next to a tree fern ‘forest’ with many species of epiphytic orchids and other epiphytic plants. It is also close to a clean scenic lake, good for swimming.

The Hummingbird Lodge is the central building where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching hummingbirds. This semi-open bamboo-adobe building with an outdoor kitchen can be used for small meetings; it has electricity and Wi-Fi.

For a self-catering research stay a modest wooden house with a double bed and a kitchen can be made available.
